Can I contact the facility directly?

Yes, you are encouraged to contact them directly.

Please do not ask us to contact them for you.

Do you charge a commission for your service?

No, we do not charge a commission to you or the facility where you may decide to rent.

Most long-term commercial facilities do utilize a licensed real estate broker that does charge a commission to the listing facility only. If a broker is listed, the contact for that listing will be noted as such.

There is no facility for the city I entered. How can I find one?

First, check the City spelling that you entered and verify you have chosen the correct State.

If you do not receive a positive response, please enter the name of a larger city close by your original selection.

If you still do not receive a positive response, please remember that not all cities have a listed facility and we are constantly adding new facilities daily. However, if you email us, we will try to locate one for you.

Why do some facilities list their prices and others do not?

Historically, Executive Suites and Office Business Centers do not list a price because they offer many different services in addition to just office space. Please contact the facility to arrange a visit and learn what different services they offer, which vary by facility, and the cost associated with them.

How do I find a facility that I can rent for less than a year but I want to answer my own phone?

Most Executive Suites and Office Business Center do provide phone answering with their basic package, however, some can custom program their phone system in order that calls will bypass the receptionist and ring directly to your office.

We have signed a long-term lease for 5 years, but the space will not be ready for another 2 months and we need to be open before then. Who should we contact?

Some Executive Suites and Office Business Centers in your city can accommodate your needs and if you do not need physical office space during that period, a Virtual Office can also accommodate your needs. Some can arrange for your permanent phone number to ring at their location until you move to your long-term lease space.
